At Drop Shot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back in the game with the right equipment as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
